Agent Tools For Success ("ATFS," "we," "us," or "our") is a real estate training academy and coaching membership founded by Quiana Shonté Echols. Information you give us. When you complete a lead form on Instagram, Meta, or our website, join the membership, or contact us, we collect your name, email address, and phone number, along with any other information you choose to include in your message or form submission.

Payment information. Membership payments are processed by Stripe. Your card and payment details are provided directly to Stripe and are handled under Stripe's privacy policy. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own systems.

Usage and device information. Like most websites, we and our service providers may collect information about how you use our site, such as pages visited, time spent, browser type, device information, and IP address. This may involve cookies and similar technologies.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and manage your membership, including access to the member community on Circle and courses on Thinkific
  • Send you the information you requested, such as community updates, live training invitations, and membership follow-up
  • Send email communications through Kit and text messages through HighLevel, where you have opted in
  • Process payments and manage billing through Stripe
  • Respond to your questions and support requests
  • Improve our website, training, and services
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only with the service providers we use to run the business, and only so they can perform their services for us. These include:

  • Meta and Instagram, for lead forms you submit through those platforms
  • Kit, for email marketing
  • HighLevel, for customer relationship management and text messaging
  • Stripe, for payment processing
  • Circle, for the member community
  • Thinkific, for course delivery

We may also disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ATFS, our members, or others.

4. Text messaging (SMS)

If you provide your phone number and opt in through our Instagram lead forms or our website, Agent Tools For Success may send you text messages. These messages include community updates, live training invitations, and membership follow-up for people who asked for information.

  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
  • You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you opt out, we will stop sending you marketing text messages.

Mobile information and consent. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent data are not shared, sold, or rented to third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
